I am a Cinematographer, Director and Creative Producer working across commercial and narrative projects, with over 11 years of experience shooting in Australia, Europe, the US and Asia.

My practice sits at the intersection of story, performance and execution. I’m as comfortable shaping ideas in pre-production—developing concepts, refining scripts and treatments, and structuring productions—as I am leading on set, whether through the camera or the direction of a scene. As a producer, I often take on a hands-on creative role, working closely with agencies, clients and collaborators to guide projects from early concept through to finished film.

Coming from a cinematography background, I place strong emphasis on why a story is being told, not just how it looks. Whether directing or shooting, my focus is always on emotion first, image second, and technique in service of both. I’m drawn to work that feels grounded, human and intentional—across commercials, music videos and narrative filmmaking.

In recent years, I’ve expanded my practice into virtual production, 3D scanning and virtual pre-production, using these tools to explore environments, blocking and camera movement before shoot days. This workflow supports clearer collaboration across departments, more confident decision-making, and better outcomes for both creatives and clients—while still leaving space for instinct and discovery on set.

I value calm sets, clear communication and strong collaboration. Outside of filmmaking, I’m also a father—a role that has sharpened my sense of responsibility, patience and perspective, both on and off set.
